You have 10 days to return your order from the day you receive it. Please ensure you accompany your return with a completed returns form. Failure to do so may result in the order being returned at the customer’s own expense. All returned items must be unworn and have their original tags attached, unless the items are deemed to be faulty.

Within Australia

We ship all Treаsure Troves from Sorrento, Australia by our friends at Australia Post. All orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment received.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can track the progress of our delivery via this confirmation email.

LOCAL PICK UP

We offer local pick up from our studio in Sorrento, Australia. You will receive an email once your order is ready to be collected.

PRE ORDER 

If you have placed an order which includes a pre ordered item, we will pre pack any items that are in stock and your order will be shipped in full as soon as ALL items are in stock. If you wish to receive the other items first, please place two separate orders.
